@StopOccupy: Occupy Wall Street is a Misinformed Fraud: This is what they want, to create, a crisis so that they can offer a solution. your falling into a trap. Wall Street Is Not To Blame!

Me: I think you’re missing the point… it’s not such a narrow movement. Enough is enough and it starts at the top! Wall Street Seemed Like A Good Place To Start.

Me: Large corporations currently own our government via the use of Lobbyists. Today corporations have more rights than a human being has.

Me: In a truly capitalist system Wall Street, Opec & Big Banks wouldn’t have been bailed out with Tax Payers $$$, that is the definition of socialism.

@StopOccupy: Thank you that is exactly what conservatives have been saying for the last 3 yrs. Obama is enacting a socialist style government

Me: It’s not Obama’s policies… it goes way deeper than Obama, the system is completely flawed. It’s not a right or left issue.

Me: it’s a world issue. The Capitalist need to consistently increase profit margins every quarter can’t sustain itself any longer.

@StopOccupy: You can argue that Unions and special Interest groups own our government as well Why don’t you protest the unions ?

Me: Because they lobby for the average everyday worker, those who make the world keep ticking. Im a humanist. Do you choose profit over people?

@StopOccupy: OK. What is your solution to big corporations How would the “humanist” Save the world?

Me: Honestly. It probably won’t ever happen but I believe for starters: it should be illegal for Corporations to lobby politicians. Government is for the people!

@StopOccupy: so you support the #Teaparty that’s one of their main beliefs

Me: At their core, I guess they’ve got some valid points but sadly the whole system really just needs to be scrapped. That’s why folks are so fed up!

Me: I just think much of the world has had enough of this super cold “shark-like” corporate greed. We’re all scraping by while the slimy 1% keep getting richer!

@StopOccupy: Cold “shark-like” corporate greed? Whats is corporate greed in your eyes? what you said sounds like a slogan. How do they take your money?

Me: Well, when their unchecked greed ran em into problems who bailed em out? Tax payers did.

@StopOccupy: the whole system may just needs to be scrapped? You mean capitalism ??

Me: Well, More so on the governmental end of things… Even elections have become a joke due to media and money.

Me: But with all do respect I don’t believe capitalism works. At what price do you choose profits gained over the greater human good?

Me: it’s not even about the good of the “Company” and it’s staff anymore… it’s about filling the CEO’s & stock holders pockets at all costs!

Me: it’s a real mess… In my estimation this #occupy movement was inevitable. The corporate greed just can’t keep on going this way.

Me: This may be way out there for you, but deep in my heart & apparently in a lot of hearts. The time for mass change has come!

@StopOccupy: what other system has done as much as quickly & that raised the living standards of people better then capitalism?… Socialism?

@StopOccupy: Go into the poorest naborhoods in the U.S or Canada you see Ps3, Big-screen TVs, iPods, people are not exactly dieing in the streets…

Me: have you been down in the poorest neighbourhoods in the U.S? or have you just seen the “statistics” on CNN and FOX?

@StopOccupy: I was in Central LA in July, lots of soup lines and tents no one dying of starvation though. I seen kids with ipods and new air Jordans on.

Me: Ok man… I’m not going down this road with you. You’re wrong.

@StopOccupy: Are you aware that these “bailouts” or should i say loans!… that you Occupiers are whining about were almost all paid back with interest!?

Me: OK. Do your research good sir. The “Bail Outs” were sneaky! Example: GM received an estm. 52 billion… 5 billion of which was considered loan $. so yeah they payed the “loan” back.

Me: Ummm Ok… In what shape do you imagine the earth and it’s people will be in, In the year 2050 If things carry on exactly as they are?

Me: I can’t fully detail the downfall of mankind in 140 characters but…

Me: I believe that a few large corporations will completely own our governments which in turn will allow them to own us and our planet… and it get’s a hell of a lot worse after that.

@StopOccupy: I don’t think so. Sounds like a sci-fi plot, you watch too many movies.

@StopOccupy: Why is it that 90% of these people #occupying and #whining, are liberals and far left-ers?

Me: I don’t think that’s true at all… the movement encompasses a very broad base of people.

Me: I do think that “Liberals” may generally have a bit more compassion for their fellow man / environment though…

Me: Sadly yes. The 60’s movement was crushed by the same kinda of political/media driven disinformation about the cause. “Hippies”“Drug Addicts”“Bums”“Fringe Radicals”“No Plan” etc.

Me: but it won’t fail this time. With the internet & social media, we’ll form a much stronger alliance & message. Believe me, people have had it!

Me: and this time the middle class and poor form a way larger mass now than in the 60’s. We’ve got a much wider, diverse base.

Me: Is it? If Corporations buy the law makers & regulations, why would they stop? Capitalism feeds on growing profits… right?

Me: oh man. I see it… and I know Obama’s gonna start using it to beat his campaigning drum. He’s a snake oil salesman too. #theyareallpuppets

Me: this is why nothing can get done. this is why the world want’s nothing to do with investing in USA. The government is bought and sold.

Me: The financial system has already collapsed! sorry… we are just way too far off to come to any semblance of middle ground here.

Me: PS. The system here in Canada is quickly becoming as messed up as it is in the U.S…

Me: Not sure I agree with that… I don’t believe this movement is fully political in nature (not Right vs Left anyway)…

Me:  it’s born out of our complete lack of faith in democracy and frustration with the entire system. It’s spans a much wider base than that of The Tea Party.

Me: The media and the politicians are making this movement into whatever suits their agenda. It’s really just fed up people taking back their rights and freedoms!

Me: Goes back to the humanist thing, remember ;)

@StopOccupy: well you have to come up with new system first before you try to inact change you cant just say it does not work change it.

Me: Democracy is: Government of the people, by the people, for the people… maybe that would work? yes? no? #problemsolved

Me: Right Now Unfortunately… Democracy is: Government of the corporate, by the corporate, for the corporate.

Me: we may all be a bit “naive”… but I tell you, if things for some strange reason find a way to change. you’ll be better off for it too!

@StopOccupy: You could be right, It is messed up. I hope it changse, I still bet the Republicans wouldn’t have us in this mess in the first place… ya sure got me thinkin tho…
